Hey guys today I want to tell you about my activity in kitchen. Today we Will garnish our cake use Mirror Glaze.
Recipe mirror Glaze:
- 60 gr Gelatine Powder
- 280 ml Water
- 1 cup Sugar Powder
- 238 gr Condensed milk
- 400 gr White Chocolat
How to make:
- Boil the water in sauce pan and put sugar and stir until well
- Put the Gelatine Powder
- After that, put the condensed milk.
- Cook until boil
- Pour into a container of white Chocolat
After it's done we clean the kitchen. And go home at 6.pm. Thanks for tofay😊
