Heyy guys, today at August 21 2018 is practical class for my class. I want to tell you about my activity today. Materi today is make it sponge and Sour dough bread.
Recipe choco sponge:
- 15 pcs Egg Yolk
- 5 pcs Egg
- 200 gr Sugar
- 100 gr Flour
- 25 gr Corn Strach
- 20 gr Milk Powder
- 15 gr TBM
- 75 gr Melted butter
- 2tsp coklat paste
- 25 gr coklat bubuk
After it's done we keep it in the chiller.
