Hey welcome to my blog, today i will to tell you about my activity today in the kitchen. Today is first day of class i attended practicein semester V. This week we will learn about Pastry & Bakery .Today we had the Chef from Gammara Hotel is Chef Salam. My class is shared into 7 groups.
And i'm in charge of making Orange Lime Tart.
First, I will to make sugar dough:
- 300 gr Flour
- 2 sdm Milk Powder
- 160 gr Butter
- 1 pcs Egg
- 1/4 sdt Salt
- 1 sdm Icing Sugar
